FULANA DE TAL

Branding design for a Spanish streetwear fashion house. The logo is a heart with 7 pins, and is based on a tattoo which the brand’s creative director has on his chest. The branding style takes inspiration from 90’s Spanish designer, Juan Gatti, and Pedro Almodóvar’s film posters such as «Tie Me Up, Tie Me Down» and «Law of Desire».

I decided to use black and white because the fabrics used by the brand are really colourful and vibrant. I didn’t want to create a conflict between the branding and the products when both elements are displayed together.
